Transfer of ECVET instruments into the fields of Trade, Hospitality, Electronics/Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics

La Fondazione Centro Produttività Veneto è partner del progetto europeo THEME a titolarità dell'Agenzia europea per la formazione professionale del Governo regionale di Colonia (Germania) finanziato dal Programma LLP – Leonardo da Vinci Trasferimento dell'Innovazione.

THEME intende contribuire alla promozione delle esperienze di tirocinio all'estero per i giovani nella formazione professionale così come avviene per gli studenti universitari.

Esperti in materia di istruzione e formazione professionale (IFP) provenienti da Spagna, Slovenia, Olanda, Lituania, Italia, Finlandia e Germania assicurano la qualità dei percorsi di mobilità all'estero contribuendo al suo riconoscimento e validazione secondo le linee guida del Sistema europeo di crediti per l'istruzione e la formazione (ECVET).

THEME si propone di sviluppare e migliorare strumenti per semplificare la gestione operativa dei tirocini all'estero facilitando, nel contempo, l'implementazione del processo ECVET (Sistema europeo di credit per l'istruzione e la formazione), l'assicurazione di qualità e riconoscimento di tali tirocini.

I risultati e strumenti sviluppati in precedenti progetti di successo (VQTS, TRIFT, ECMO, E.R.M.E.S.) saranno consolidati, valutati e ampliati. Saranno resi disponibili in un database al fine di facilitare l'organizzazione dei percorsi di mobilità all'estero. Nel contempo, sarà costituita una rete di partner attivi nell'IFP a livello europeo.

Competenze parziali/unità di apprendimento saranno definite sulla base di matrici di competenza nei settori del commercio, ospitalità, elettronico e meccatronico e saranno inserite nel database che genererà i contratti formativi, gli strumenti di valutazione e l'EUROPASS Mobilità, facilitando la validazione e riconoscimento dell'esperienza di tirocinio all'estero.

Fondazione Centro Produttività Veneto is partner in the European project THEME coordinated by the European Agency for VET OF THE Regional Government of Cologne (Germany) funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation.

THEME intends to contribute to the fact that an internship abroad for trainees will be as natural as it is for university students.

Experts in vocational education and training (VET) from Spain, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Italy, Finland and Germany assure the quality of VET mobility and contribute to its validation and recognition regarding the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) guidelines.

THEME project will develop and improve tools to simplify the operational management of internships abroad.

Furthermore the implementation of the ECVET process (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) will be facilitated. A quality assurance of internships abroad and their recognition will be improved.

The results and tools of previous successful projects (VQTS, TRIFT, ECMO, E.R.M.E.S.) will be consolidated, evaluated and extended. They will be available on a database for facilitating the organization of mobilities. At the same time a network of committed partners in the European VET will be set up.

Based on existing competence matrices in the sectors trade, hospitality, electronics and mechatronics, partial competences/ learning units will be defined and integrated into a database.

The database will generate learning agreements, assessment tools and the EUROPASS mobility. The learning agreement for the internships abroad, their validation and recognition as well as their organization will be facilitated.
