C-EO Coach for Entrepreneurial Opportunities

La Fondazione Centro Produttività Veneto è partner del progetto europeo C-EO a titolarità del Kenniscentrum Handel (Olanda) finanziato dal Programma LLP – Leonardo da Vinci Trasferimento dell'Innovazione.

 

C-EO si propone di preparare e formare esperti che offrano servizi di counselling e orientamento a disoccupati, lavoratori anziani e giovani che aspirano a diventare imprenditori.

A tal fine, il progetto intende sviluppare il profilo professionale e il percorso formativo per "Coach all'imprenditorialità" e un Passaporto per l'Imprenditorialità.

Il progetto C-EO persegue i seguente obiettivi:

• trasferire il profilo di "formatore all'imprenditorialità" e sviluppare alla figura del "coach all'imprenditorialità" in base ai principi del Quadro Europeo delle Qualificazioni (EQF);
• trasferire l'esperienza olandese del Modulo di Certificazione all'Imprenditorialità;
• predisporre un programma di formazione per coach all'imprenditorialità;
• creare una rete professionale di coach all'imprenditorialità in ciascuno paese partner dopo aver realizzato un percorso formativo pilota per coach;
• valutare le opportunità offerte in ogni paese di iniziative di sostegno all'imprenditorialità;
• sviluppare un passaporto delle competenze imprenditoriali per aspiranti imprenditori

Fondazione Centro Produttività Veneto is partner in the European project C-EO Coach for Entrepreneurial Opportunities coordinated by Kenniscentrum Handel (The Netherlands) funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation.

C-EO aims to prepare and train those persons who are involved in recognizing, promoting, counselling and guiding unemployed persons, senior workers and youngsters who are interested in becoming an entrepreneur, by developing a profile and training of the "Entrepreneurial Coach" and an Entrepreneurial Passport.

C-EO pursues the following objectives:

• To transfer the profile "Entrepreneurial Teacher" and create a profile "Entrepreneurial Coach" based on the European Qualification Framework (EQF) structure;
• To transfer the Certification Module Entrepreneurship;
• To design a training program for entrepreneurial coaches;
• To create a professional network of entrepreneurial coaches in each partner country through carrying out the pilot training for entrepreneurial coaches;
• To get insight in the national training opportunities and facilities for starting entrepreneurs;
• To develop an "Entrepreneurial passport" for starting entrepreneurs.
